Evadere is a Latin word meaning 'escape,' which makes it a great name for a lodge in the mountains. All of these designs were created with exactly that in mind. Evadere would be a modern, eco-conscious, nature getaway, equipped with relaxing spas, guided excursions, farm-to-table restaurants, etc. The branding for this mock-hotel is simple but effective. The wood-grain pattern is repeated throughout with slight variations in order to make everything cohesive yet interesting. The logo is a simplified illustration of a deer, paying homage to the wildlife in my home state of Georgia. All designs were created using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
